All G FORCE Customz sneakers are custom-made to order.
Because each pair is individually produced, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect colour/design choice, or simply deciding that you no longer want the item.
Customers are responsible for carefully checking their size, design, colour and order details before completing their purchase.
Custom-made products
Our sneakers are individually customised and are not mass produced everyday footwear. They are designed as statement/custom pieces and require appropriate care and handling.
Due to the customised nature of our products, we cannot accept returns simply because you:
- Changed your mind
- Ordered the wrong size
- Ordered the wrong colour/design
- No longer want the item
- Expected a different appearance based on your screen/device
- Have worn or used the sneakers
- Have caused damage through improper use or lack of care
Care & wear
G FORCE Customz sneakers are custom artistic pieces and should be treated with care.
We recommend avoiding:
- Heavy rain or prolonged water exposure
- Mud, dirt and harsh conditions
- Washing machines
- Harsh cleaning chemicals
- Excessive bending or stretching
- Activities that may damage the custom materials or artwork
Normal wear and tear, scuffing, staining, fading or damage resulting from improper care or use is not considered a manufacturing defect.
