All sneakers customised by G FORCE CUSTOMZ are 100% authentic and sourced from authorised retailers.

The custom materials, designer-inspired fabrics, and decorative elements used in our customisation process are independently sourced by G FORCE CUSTOMZ. These materials are not supplied by, endorsed by, or affiliated with any luxury fashion brand.

G FORCE CUSTOMZ is an independent custom sneaker customisation business specialising in original designs and handcrafted modifications. G FORCE CUSTOMZ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Nike or any other footwear or luxury fashion brand.

All custom artwork and modifications are created independently by G FORCE CUSTOMZ.

How long does production take? 

All products are made to order, production takes 5-10 business days  before dispatch.

Can I return my shoes? 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please refer to our Refunds & Return policy for more information.

Are your shoes made for everyday wear? 

Our custom sneakers are designed as premium statement pieces for special occasions, events, and unique outfits. We recommend treating them with care to maintain their appearance and longevity.

Are the luxury fabrics authentic designer materials?

No. The designer inspired fabrics and materials used in our customisations are independently sourced decorative materials. They are not authentic luxury brand materials and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or produced by any luxury fashion house.

Shipping Policy

Please ensure all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. It is the customer's responsibility to verify their delivery address, contact details, and order information before finalising their purchase.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, G FORCE CUSTOMZ is unable to make changes to the delivery address.

If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel requires redirection, return-to-sender processing, or re shipment, the customer will be responsible for all additional shipping costs and administration fees associated with the correction.

G FORCE CUSTOMZ is not liable for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.

To avoid any issues with delivery, we strongly recommend carefully reviewing all address details before completing your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to assist, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production or has been dispatched.
